WAYNE COUNTY COURT SYSTEM
The most common
functions of the County Court include traffic violations, juvenile offenses,
small claims cases and probate. County
Court is held each Monday beginning at 9:00 am. Any questions regarding County Court cases should be directed to

District
Court handles all felony criminal cases, equity cases and some civil
cases. District Court is held the first
Wednesday of each month, beginning at 9:00 am.
